Carrot Cake Zine is made by Renée Girouard, an artist based in Rhode Island. Renee has documented the New England punk/hardcore scene by creating over 250 sketches at live shows and compiling them into 14 issues of the zine since 2019.

Renée also has a background in fine arts and studied printmaking at Massachusetts College of Art and Design. They continue to make drawings and lino cut prints, that you can view here and here.
